    Description

    This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that has a horseshoe, wishbone and clover on the front.  There are initials etched on the back.  The seams of the heart are sealed, and there are no dents or dings.  It is marked sterling on the back, and has a great patina, but could use a polish in spots.  It measures  3/4 of an inch high and just over 5/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.8 grams.
