Vintage, Hagstrom Atlas of Queens and Nassau Counties, Long Island, New York, 1954.
Overall good condition vintage atlas of Queens and Nassau counties NY showing property lines and owner's names. Front cover is still well attached by way of the spiral, however the backcover is present but mostly detached from the spiral with a few pieces of bygone tape over the spiral spine, connecting to the front and back covers. Atlas is complete with all maps. Maps are in overall very clean condition with some minor signs of previous wetting to pages 100 and 101. Covers show some minor water marks as well, but as mentioned, contents are very clean and not effected.
Atlas totals 102 pages, measures approximately 17 x 12 1/4 inches and weighs about 1 3/4 pounds.
