1943 Pictorial of Stanly Park Vancouver Canada.  20 pictures in excellent condition. The sleeve has some wear on the edges.  The front and the flap have addresses and writing in pencil on them.  The stamp is postmarked Aug 10 1943.  Fun to see the cars of that age in the pictures.
