VINTAGE 1940s VISITING NIAGARA FALLS CANADA USA REAL PHOTO SOUVENIR TRAVEL DECAL

Wow! They don't come much rarer than this 1940s souvenir from NIAGRA FALLS, featuring a real photograph of the beautiful falls, cleverly integrated into this one-of-a-kind vintage luggage label.
Produced by an unknown manufacturer, this unique piece is so finely detailed, it must be seen to be truly appreciated. It features the U.S. flag and the pre-1964 Canada Flag. The border around the photo is really interesting and there are a pair of shaking hands at the top commemorating the friendship between the USA and Canada.
Measuring about 4", it is in excellent condition for its age and rarity. There is no background card around the flags, they are stand-alone from the photo. It is gummed on the back (and probably meant for a suitcase or piece of luggage) and most of the gum is still intact. However, it probably would not survive being applied after more than 70 years of storage. It should be framed or kept on display.
