Sainte Anne de Baupre Black & White Fold-Out Photo History Quebec & Envelope

Up for sale are some vintage collectible from Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre in Quebec, Canada. The first is a black and white fold out collection of photographs depicting some of the history (original church, fire, rebuilding, new church, etc.). There are 14 pictures in the foldout. The folded size is approx. 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches. The back of the booklet says it is a souvenir of S. Anne de Beaupre.  Also included is an envelope that was most likely provided at the church for a monetary donation. The previous owner kept the booklet inside of this envelope.  I cannot find a date on the booklet or the envelope so I do not know its exact vintage.
Condition Issues: The fold out booklet is in very good condition with no rips, no tears and no writing. The envelope is rather worn and has light soiling around the outer edges. Please see photos.
