RARE LIONEL PREWAR 227 LOCOMOTIVE w/ 2227B BELL TENDER

Description

Lionel Prewar #227 0-6-0 Switch Locomotive (8976) with #2227B PRR Tender with bell.  They have not been professionally graded, but based on research, believe both to be in a C6/7 condition.
Would be C7 EXCELLENT condition but for one yellow/orange jewel missing on locomotive, and minor surface rust on locomotive coupler and housing and on the
tender, and tender wiring will need to be updated.  Untested and both pieces need cleaning and oil. Please see pictures.
