This is a very gently pre-owned but very lightly used, if at all, premium-quality pasta making set from CUCINAPRO.  This is the Deluxe Pasta Making Set, Item #S178.  The manufacturer says "The Deluxe Pasta Maker by CucinaPro makes creating delicious homemade pasta easier than ever.
