    1966 Malaysia Inauguration of the National Monument, Kuala Lumpur. Rare Block of 4 10 cent stamps (SG #31) with selvage. An interesting possibly very rare error/variety strip of stamps with green and black color shifts and gray shading partially missing on the rocks of the two lower stamps!!. Mint Never Hinged. Original Gum, Extremely Fine/Superb.
