Mack 7 Year Extended Lens Warranty, for Lenses under 00
The 35mm/digital lens is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer?s specifications for a period of 7 years from date of purchase or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. You must register this warranty within thirty (30) days by visiting us at mackcam or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291.
Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.
The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer?s defects). Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit, serial number altered, defaced or removed, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this contract to another person for a .00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealers or service contract holders.
This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover lens caps, rear caps, filters and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.
Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for the loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit cannot be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer?s defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion.
This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contract is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at time of service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:
Contact Continental Photo to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number. Items you wish to return must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging are non refundable.
Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to a restocking fee upon our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new, mint condition, it is non refundable and will be subject to a least 20% restocking fee. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees will be higher. So please limit your Returns to unopened items in their original condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact. For specific restocking fees that may be applicable to your return, please contact us.
Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.
