a Sculpting Head and Bust Armature Stand
Non-rotating, static
Adjustable bottom wheel height for holding the head armature vertically hands-free while you are sculpting a head Size: Large (for 1:2, 3:4, 1:1 Life-size)
How to:
Put a ball of crumpled paper around the top wooden knob (The wooden knob rotates freely.)
Secure the paper ball with tape, so that it does not fall off.
Put the clay around the ball and sculpt.
Instead of the wooden knob you can use anything you can mount on 1/4 inch thread - aluminum foil ball, plastic ball, paper ball, wooden beads, your own clay balls.

Wooden Knob Diameter is 25 mm.

Base Diameter: 7 or 8" (17 or 20 cm)
Base Thickness: 3/4" (1.9 cm)

- Once you complete your head sculpture, you will be able to remove it from the threaded rod, just like you would remove a knob from a desk drawer.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- Vertical threaded rod (1/4" thread)
- Wooden base
- 2 Wing nuts
- 1 Hex nut
- 1 T-nut in the bottom of the base
- 1 Washer
- 1 Wooden knob (5/16 hole)
Will be shipped flat, minor assembly required (screwing the vertical rod into the the hole in the base).
THE TWO-STEP PROCESS OF PUTTING IT TOGETHER
1. Insert the vertical rod into the threaded hole in the base.
2. Tighten the wing nut (on top of the base), this will secure the rod in the T-nut (which is inside the base).
