Condition: all 7 games and Artist paint set are unused and still sealed in plastic but either have dirt spots from storage in a basement (Scrabble, Parcheesi, Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?) or have damage to box (Game of Life, Artist's case, Chinese Checkers, Sudoku). This lot came from estate and yard sales, so it is sold AS IS because I do not know if the previous owner smoked, had pets, etc. If you are hypersensitive to odors or have severe allergies, then you should proceed accordingly.

There are 7 games plus a wood artist's case full of supplies that have dirt/spots from storage in a basement and/or
damage to the box.
