Based on a New York Central design, these 10 Wheelers are typical of locomotives found on railroads far and wide. Once a standard of mainline power, in later years, these locomotives were used on secondary trains, branch lines, commuter trains and locals. Several of these locomotives have gone on to more famous second careers on tourist lines. Our latest release of the popular 4-6-0 captures some of those survivors as well as historic roads in colorful paint schemes. Upgraded with Bluetooth and Whistle Steam for the first time, these engines are a perfect 10 for your layout.
