this came from an Estate sale consisting of about 75 postwar items .i just sold a pair of these yesterday ,,if your looking , these are different ones,, seller had two pair ..
Lionel postwar # 2023  Union Pacific  Alco's ..one powered - one Dummy .. tested with the two connected , , runs perfect , both forward & reverse  ,,   made from 1950 until 1951
i tested it on a 4x8 oval . ran for 10 forward laps  & 10 reverse laps..ran great !!  headlights worked on both .. battery compartment is very clean
front pilots are in nice condition ..i do not see anything missing or broken ..nice condition for 70 year old engines ,, they do have scratches and paint chips here and there  ..great addition for all you post war collectors.. very heavy for their size ..the dummy is heavier than a modern powered unit ..they made them well back in the day ..
low starting price and No Reserve ..they will be bubble wrapped to death so they arrive unharmed ..
