Lionel 3435 Aquarium Car w/OB~Beautiful Condition!~

This auction is for an all original Lionel 3435 Aquarium Car in its original box! This car was purchased at Scarborough’s Department Store in Austin, TX back in the 1960’s. The gentleman that originally had it passed away and his wife sold the large majority of her husband’s collection back in 2008. I was fortunate enough to obtain some of the pieces. But, I’m now trying to thin some of my collection out.
The green paint on this car is still very crisp and fresh! The paint still has its original factory patina and the green paint is crisp on the car! The goldish yellow lettering and numbering is clear on both sides of the car!
The frame is also very nice!.....the car also operates perfectly! This is one of Post-War Lionel’s most iconic cars and a must have for collector’s!
