We only ship to the Lower 48 States. We do not ship to
FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to check package
and equipment for both concealed and unconcealed damage upon arrival. If equipment is damaged in transit, all damage claims shall be made by the Buyer to the carrier. Any damage not noted on the Bill of Lading is Buyer's responsibility. All claims for damages or lost items which occurred during shipment are strictly between the Buyer and the company delivering the freight.
Payment:
Payment is required immediately after purchase of item. If payment is not made, an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay.
Sales Tax of

will be applied for orders shipped within the state of California.

Returns:
1) All customers must contact us via email or phone within 14 days of receiving item.
2) All items must be pre-approved by Emiliomiti LLC and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, appropriate packing, insurance, and returning the item in "new" condition. Used items will not be accepted for return/exchange.
3) Emiliomiti LLC will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
