This   is  26.25  by  7.75 inches. It has its tip and all 4 tassels. There are no holes. The 3 girls were naturally born and a VERY rare occurrence. Sadly, the Canadian  Government took over the raising of them. They became Canada's top tourist attraction. People would wait to see them get fed ala looking at the tigers at the zoo. Their father supplemented the paltry income given by Ottawa by autographing photos of himself and the family.
