    Description

    Shooting Star Technologies' ImageToGCode software uses image files (PNG, JPG, SVG, BMP) to design G Code for CNC routers and CNC mills. The software has been tested on Win7 and Win10 operating systems. It is a 32 bit program. It uses the pixel data and user input of the image file to create the G Code file. The G Code is compatible with Mach 3 and Mach 4. The resolution is determined by the pixel size. Image files from CAD software, graphics design programs or MS Office programs will work as well as photos or scanners. Files up to 30 Mpx have been tested. Images are converted to black and white to designate cut and uncut regions or grayscale where different shades of gray designate different cut depths. Cat project used 800x700 px BW.
