    For bid is an original circa 1950 "Jenkel-Davidson Optical Company" advertising brochure showing four styles of “Calobar” brand sunglasses by the California-based company.  The brochure is titled, "Comfort in the Sun: For Every Member of Your Family."  Not dated.  Four-styles of sun glasses inside for men and women.  Information and prices shown with the sunglasses styles.  According to research, this company was founded in San Francisco in 1946.  It's a terrific, fancy brochure advertising sunglasses for men and women.  GREAT design and style options.Jenkel-Davidson is defunct.  You can still find their vintage sunglasses online.  Printed largely in pink color with a pretty woman wearing sunglasses on the front cover.
