Requirements for Freight Delivery: (If you think you cannot accommodate these requirements please message us)
1. Please include a valid CONTACT PHONE NUMBER in the ORDER NOTES. Failure to do so will result in delays since we cannot ship without it. We will make attempts to obtain your number from you through emails and Ebay messages, until we receive a response. You will receive tracking once the freight leaves our warehouse. The freight company calls you once the freight reaches the most local distribution facility to your location. That call will be to schedule a day and time for the freight delivery.
2. Delivery usually takes place only on MONDAY-FRIDAY during business hours. Recipient must be present and a signature is required upon delivery. As mentioned, the freight company will schedule delivery beforehand. If you miss the appointment, or turn away the driver, the carrier can charge a REDELIVERY FEE, which may be OVER 0.
3. The rules state we can ONLY DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS ON THE ORDER.  If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you must contact us directly and you will be responsible for any fees associated with changes. CHANGES OF DELIVERY ADDRESS MAY COST 0, or may not be possible.
4.  LIFT GATE IS INCLUDED with this package. The truck will be able to bring the product to the ground. The truck may be full size and can only park on the street.  Drivers do not assist with unpacking or setup. . If the buyer turns away the driver after failure to read and understand these terms, we may have to cancel your order and not refund any of the freight charges.
5. It is your responsibility to INSPECT the merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure. If merchandise appears to be damaged or missing in any way, please note the damage or shortage on the freight bill. Failure to do so would result in us being unable to file a claim with the freight company, thus your product cannot be replaced. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery. If you choose to RETURN the item after delivery has been accepted within the accepted return period, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
