This is a pair of women's cycling shorts from Bellwether in size large.
It is black and features an elastic waist, elastic sleeve openings, and padding.
The shorts measure about 13" across the waist, 10" rise, and 8" inseam when laid flat.
It was made in the U.S.A. with an 80/20 nylon/spandex blend.
