Large Antique 1918 US WWI Lot including:
A large Cabinet Photo in frame that is etched with a personalization on backside with the name Edward G. Lendroth. Photo itself measures 10" x 6" and frame measures 15.25" x 10"
Many various black and white photos including military, landscape, family portraits, farm scenery, and photos from an East Hampton NY Parade
Negatives of East Hampton parade photos
Promotion Certificate in original envelope (Junior to Intermediate department)
Valuable Documents holder with key
Mortgage Deed
Last Will and Testament (unfilled)
Various correspondence letters, newspaper clippings, etc. (with many envelopes addressed to Edward G. Lendroth)
Condition:
Lot being sold as is with various age wear. Large framed photo does have a couple stain spots on the right side otherwise no issues (just light frame wear). Most photos are good cosmetically with light creasing. Paperwork is fair with typical fold creases and rips/tears. Lot being sold as is, see photos for closer details
