The Weighted Lap Pad is a useful tool to help those "wiggle worms" stay in their seats. Similar in function to a weighted blanket, yet more appropriately sized for seated activities, it provides increased proprioceptive input to help the user stay calm and organized. Increased body awareness allows you to stay on task for greater periods of time. Weighted lap pads may help diffuse tension, decrease restlessness and assist with focus.
