24 Coins 10 Ship Coin Series Collector's Token

Description

Coin is same size as a nickel.  24 loose coins.
These were in factory fresh rolls - in handling the rolls broke up.  Some will have tarnish.
I have no idea what these coins represent.  Any help would be appreciated.
These coins came out of a storage unit over 14 years ago.
